How the free batch check works

The field copy stays the source
A cleanup does not invent a job the technician never wrote. A row with no job stays unnamed until someone who was on the call can say which one.
Changing the books and leaving the field copy alone sets up the next export to undo that change or to post it twice.

Is the batch check really free?
Yes. The call costs nothing and there is nothing to sign. If paid work makes sense afterward, you see the price first.
Do you send our payday?
No. Payday is set up on a provider you run. This practice does not send the payments.
What if the batch already posted?
An open month can take an adjustment from the field software. A month already inside a return cannot take it quietly.
What should I have open?
The field list and the books, if you can. The call can start from the rows you remember.
