Ask about a note
Who this page is from
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Questions about this page go to the phone number under every page, +1 844-324-7273. There is no street address on these pages and no mailbox. The picture is a federal form, and it is not an office of this practice.
Pages on this site are researched from the practice's own work and Texas sources, drafted with software assistance, and reviewed under the practice's editorial standards. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it.
What you type into a form
When you send a form we receive the fields you can see. Your name, your phone number, your email if you gave one, the size band you picked, how current you said the file was, and the words in the message box. A hidden field asks for a website and is meant to stay empty. It is a trap for automated posts, and a person is not expected to fill it. Nothing else is collected by the form that you cannot see on the screen.
The message box is the part we actually read. A note that names a payment, an item, or a visit is stored with the rest of the form so the person who calls you back has it. We do not add a score, a rank, or a guess about your credit to that note.
The booking page
If you open the calendar, Microsoft Bookings takes the details of the time you pick and those details reach this practice. The frame does not load until you open it or scroll to it on purpose. We do not receive a copy of your whole calendar. We receive the time you chose and the name you gave.
What is stored automatically
A page view is recorded with two random identifiers that your browser keeps, one that lasts and one that ends when the tab closes, plus the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link. The recording is first party. It stays on our server. It exists so we can see which pages earn their place. If the browser sends a do-not-track signal, that recording is skipped.
The chat chip, when you open it, sends the conversation to the same practice. It does not read the forms you have not submitted. Closing the chip ends nothing that was already sent.
How long, and who else
A form note is kept while the conversation is alive and for the period we need in order to do the work you asked about, or to show what we were asked. We do not sell the list. We do not trade it. A host that serves the page, and the booking host if you open the calendar, see the traffic their service requires. They are not asked to read your books.
We do not knowingly take a form from a child. This practice works with owners of businesses. If a note looks like it came from a minor, we delete it and do not follow up.
Taking a note off, and changes to this page
Call the number under the page and say which note you want removed. We will remove the form contents we still hold, except where a record has to stay because work already started or a filing already used it. We will tell you which of those it is.
If this page changes, the new wording replaces the old on this URL. We do not keep a silent second policy. The date of a change, when we make one, is a sentence on this page, not a footnote in a file you cannot see. The form in the picture can change when the agency revises it. The sentences are the policy.
