Some jobs look like bookkeeping and are a signature for a third party. Those jobs go elsewhere.

Ask about a job
A short list with one row crossed out, here because some jobs are work this practice will not take.

Where these sentences were checked

The draft started from the path a field file takes into the books. Each limit on this page was read against the work the practice actually does, which is the list, the open month, the statements, and the return. Software shaped an early draft. A person here read the limits before the page was allowed to stay. If a sentence is later shown to be wrong, the page itself is edited, and the footer phone is how that edit gets requested.

State publications this practice relies on, including the rate and the annual report, are written on the state page. This page does not repeat them, so a correction to a rate has one home. A reader who wants the section numbers that draw the signature line can open that page and set them beside the plain version here.

The picture is a federal form, the employer's tax guide. It is on this page because a disclosure should be as readable as a line on a form. The form is not an office of this practice. The words below are the point. A room built for a crowd can carry a sign you can read from the door. This page tries to do the same job with sentences. If a sentence needs a second reading to find the limit, the sentence is the thing we change.

Which numbers are allowed on a page

A rate is written only when the publication that states it can be named in the same breath. A price range copied from a software seller is not repeated here. A figure nobody can place is left off too. Blank rows on the sheets elsewhere on this site are blank on purpose. They are nobody's file. No client is hiding in them.

Every claim about the work is read against the boundary in the next section before the page stays up. A figure that fails that read is corrected in the open, or it comes off. The footer phone is the way to start that correction.

Where a signature would be required

This practice holds no CPA license. We are not a CPA. Nothing here presents the practice as a CPA firm. If a bank wants a cover saying the statements were examined, that cover is not written here. The same is true of an opinion aimed at a reporting framework. Those covers travel under three labels, audit or review or compilation. A job that needs one of them is introduced, in the first conversation, to a licensed firm that is allowed to sign.

The company already sending pay keeps sending it. We can help stand up the provider that runs those payments, and we can record what that provider reports. The money still leaves from the provider you operate. We are not the ones sending it.

When a notice grows into a fight, an examination, or an appeal, we step out of the argument. We can assemble the papers and the answers the notice asks for, so the person speaking for you has a file that matches. We do not take the microphone in that dispute.

A return can be prepared here. An owner can be walked through how the shop runs. Statements can be written that promise an outsider nothing. All of that can happen without a license to sign an examined statement. The moment the writing promises an outsider that the figures were checked, the work belongs with people who hold that license. A monthly figure from us does not smuggle one of those signatures inside the fee. The statute that draws this line for this state, with the section numbers, is on the state page, so this paragraph can stay the plain version.

There is a second boundary, and it is the month that is still open. If the bank total and the file total still differ, we do not describe that month as closed. Either the difference is cleared before a continuing engagement starts, or we decline the work. You are told which, before anything begins.

What the field list is, and what it is not

Reading an export, naming a blank account, moving a deposit to unearned, and separating upkeep from a repair are the ordinary jobs on this site. None of those jobs asks anyone to sign an examined statement. If what you actually need is a lender's signature, the first minutes of the call say so, and the call stops there.

A sales tax label on an invoice is a bookkeeping choice, not a ruling. The publication for that tax wins when it and a label disagree. We will show the label we would use. We will not promise the label survives a later fight, and we will not be the voice in that fight. Which visits in this state carry the tax, and which report is still due when the tax itself is zero, is written on the state page.

Who picks up

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Dial +1 844-324-7273. The footer of each page carries it so you do not have to hunt. That number is answered by the same people who keep a month and who prepare the return that follows it.

These pages name a phone. They do not name a street, and they do not name a mailbox. Both omissions are deliberate. The structured data on the page repeats only words a reader can already see, so a hidden field cannot outrun the prose.

Why the field list has its own site

One practice, more than one website, because a shop holding an export and a shop holding a late notice are not hunting the same page. This site stays with the list the field software sends. The practice hub is stevenpalmieri.com. Use that address when you want the hub rather than this list. No other sentence here is a door to a different domain.
